Saturday Game Night Recap

The last Saturday of March saw Luis Nunez putting on a Lion Rampant game at the club. Luis recently completed building medieval fort and has put on a couple of Lion Rampant games to try it out. This game was the third attempt for Cal Pearson and company to lead their Saxon peasants (along with the help of some Scotsmen and Picts) to capture the Norman fort that rules over the locals. The battle was a lot closer this time around due to the aid of the Scot and Picts who joined in on the attack, but alas the Normans again were able to hold out and fend off the attackers! Twice the Saxons have breached the front gate of the fort, but just haven't been able to get enough attackers inside to gain the high ground inside and overwhelm the defenders.
