Game Night Recap - Deal a Battle


The big game of the evening a was Command and Colors: Napoleonics game put on by Ed Strecker and Lamont Anderson. The game dubbed "Deal-A-Battle" by Ed is game that adds a little uncertainty to units each player commands during the game. Once the sides are determined, each player rolls to see if additional units are added to their the base formation simulating the arrival of reinforcements prior to the start of the battle. The night's scenario was set in 1813 and had a Russian and Prussian army fighting the French and some of her allies. The game had eight players with each person commanding a division during the battle.
